Tracey Ross-Watmore Tracey began “Set A Course” in 2001.

Prior to this, Tracey served as Director of Nestlé USA Learning and Development, and still works with Nestlé on a regular basis, in a consultancy role. Her resume also includes The Walt Disney Company, Perrier, Southern Bell, and Great Western Bank (now Chase).
